• Transfer of deceased to mortuary (1 Attendant within a 25 mile radius) 
• Preservative Refrigeration until the day of the cremation 
• Cremation Casket/Container (corrugated fiberboard container)
• Cremation process up to 299 lbs (at our on site crematory) and a temporary plastic urn

• Cremation Fee (As described above): $1295.00
• County Filing Fee: $12.00
• Cremation Regulatory Fee: $11.50
• 1 Certified Copy of Death Certificate: $24.00 and up
• Sales Tax: (7.75%) $7.36

*GRAND TOTAL (No Hidden Fees): $1349.86

*If death occurs at home, 2 attendants are required: Additional $100 = $1449.86
