William Allen Ferris

William Allen Ferris, born December 16, 1929 in Vermontville, Michigan, passed away on December 31, 2019 at the age of 90 in Carmichael, California. His wife Ruth (Sumner) Ferris predeceased him. He is survived by children William Ferris, Jr., James Ferris, Mary Griffith, Thomas Ferris; grandchildren Joanne Bragg, Michael Crowl, John Ferris, Andrew Ferris; and great grandchildren Keira Bragg and Aidan Arant. He served in the United States Army Air Corps and then in the US Air Force for a total of 24years, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. Family will hold a private service at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery on February 5th, 2020.
