William Everett Douglass Jr.

October 4, 1964 – July 9, 2024

William died peacefully in his sleep on the morning of July 9th, from complications of a brain tumor.  He was a sweet and gentle soul and will be greatly missed.

William grew up in a military family, traveling the world, then joined the Air Force himself as a young man.  After leaving the military, he trained in HVAC, and spent the latter years of his life as a Maintenance Technician for residential apartments.  He was well liked by his colleagues and clients, who say he could fix anything.

He enjoyed music, playing his guitar, maintaining his ’97 Jeep Wrangler and gazing at the stars through his telescope.

He was married for 34 years to Christina Jean Douglass (Watt), who passed before him in 2021. Their children were their many cats and dogs throughout the years.

The family will be holding a private service.  We are grateful for any thoughts and pictures you would like to share here.
