William Henry Baldwin known to friends as ""Bill"" and family as ""Corky"" passed away on August 30, 2016 surrounded by his siblings. He was born in Oroville, CA on February 15, 1947 to Henry Baldwin and Roberta Hollen. He grew up in the bay area attending Pleasant Hill High School and Marin Junior College. He joined the US Navy as part of the Seabees assigned to Vietnam during 1964 to 1966. The war experiences and Agent Orange exposure became a major focus of his life. He settled in Eagle Point, OR and drove truck for many years. There he fished and hunted when he could. He joined the Baptist church and enjoyed the sense of community worship. He returned to Sacramento, CA in 2011 to be near his brother Steven (Joyce) Baldwin, sister Deborah (Joe) Pulcini, sister Melody Baldwin and his daughter Sara S Baldwin.
