Victor Andres Borromeo

Victor Andres Borromeo, 67, of Sacramento, CA, passed away on December 12, 2015. The funeral service will be held in Cebu City, Philippines. Victor was born in Cebu City, Philippines on March 23, 1948. After high school he attended Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Victor worked as a Computer Analyst for University of California, San Francisco for more than 20 years. Victor was married to Virgincita on May 22, 1977; they were married for 38 years. He enjoyed gardening, reading, and watching movies with his family. Victor is survived by his wife, Virgincita, of Sacramento, CA; his son, Ryan, of Denver, CO; his daughter, Leslie Ann, of Sacramento, CA; his brother, Mel, of Wimberley, TX; half brothers Alexander, Vence, Paul from New York and Tennessee and half sister Kara from Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents Dr. Ven Borromeo and Ester Valencia and his sister Annie Borromeo.
