Tribia D. Moore, born on June 7, 1966, peacefully passed away on May 24, 2024. Tribia was a cherished daughter, sister, auntie, and friend, whose life was defined by her love for others.
Tribia was a proud graduate of Sacramento High School and also attended the Sacramento Job Corps, which laid the foundation for her professional journey. She spent part of her career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Sacramento, and Stanford University. Tribia’s true calling was her role as a caregiver. She tirelessly took care of her family, friends, and the wider community, always putting the needs of others before her own. She served faithfully as the Head Usher at True Life Ministries Worship Center in Sacramento, where she greeted congregants with warm and kindness faithfully.
Tribia’s nurturing and loving spirit was felt by everyone around her. She was known for her unwavering support, kindness, and the genuine love she extended to all. To her, family was her numerous nieces and nephews she lovingly considered her own children and they all lovingly called her “Auntie”.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be cherished by her mother Shirley Sample, sister Margo Santana, brother Bert Moore, and her baby brother Jason Sample. Her nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, who were all her kids in her heart, will forever remember the warmth and care Auntie Tribia brought into their lives.
Tribia’s passing is a profound loss for all who knew her, but her spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
A Celebration of Life will be held at True Life Ministries Worship Center (4141 Winters Street) on June 22, 2024 at 11:00am.
