Thomas Stephen Fowler August 30,1960 - July 6, 2017 Born in Sacramento, California, to Glen and Linda Fowler, Thomas passed away on July 6, 2017, after a long and pain journey. After Thomas reeived his college degree, he decided to drive truck and acquired his Class ALicense. He was excited to drive various unique items such as the huge steel materials to complete the Sun Dial Bridge across the Sacramento River in Redding, California. Thomas was active in community projects and political campaigns. He was always first to work in his Mother's campaigns for school board. Thomas was a journey press operator and made sure her campaign brochures were expertly printed and always on time. Thomas' many friends and relatives will miss his sunny disposition and fun-loving spirit.
