Theresa Josephine Stutzman In the afternoon of February 16 2016 Theresa passed away with leukemia at Asbury Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sacramento CA. She died in peace and without pain at the age of 67. Theresa was born in Sacramento on October 02, 1948. Some of her hobbies included playing the piano, being outdoors, reading, cooking, helping others and watching movies. We would like to extend a special thanks to Ann Morrison and Gregory Ingram (both from Sutter care) for being involved in Theresa's care and offering the family support. Theresa was a kind and warm caring individual. She was considered sensitive at times and liked making people happy. She was good natured and had a young funny girlish way about her. She would display shyness among others when you least expected. She was known as witty and bright and loved playing the piano. She played with taste and determination. She had a musician's brain full of cleverness that could engage anyone at any time. Her family stood and watched with admiration as she played for everyone on Valentine's Day at St Francis's nearly a decade ago. She would never let her pain in life stop her from doing the things she enjoyed!!! Theresa was protective of those she loved. Her traditions and values she learned as a child became near and dear to her later in life. Her talents expanded above and beyond her musical abilities, for she was a talented cook who could make any dish outstanding. She had a way of bringing out the best in everything and everyone. She could easily make a house feel like a home. Theresa took great pride in owning a bed and breakfast while residing in Whitefish Montana. We will always miss and love you Theresa! Theresa is preceded in death by her mother Mavis Faeth, two brothers Jerry and Kenny and son Eric. Her memorial will take place on March 5th at Fruitridge Christian Church located at 4445 Fruitridge Road Sacramento CA 95820; time: 130.
