Steven Douglas Barnes

Steven Douglas Barnes - January 13, 1961 - March 1, 2023

Steven was born in Craig, Colorado.  In 1964, Douglas & Joanne moved the family to Anaheim, CA before eventually settling in Fair Oaks, CA.  Steven attended Del Campo High School in Fair Oaks.  After graduating, he joined the US Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA, serving in submarine duty and on various ships.  While in the US Navy he received the meritorious “E” award.  Steve loved his country and family.  He leaves behind his beloved parents, sister, brother, a niece and nephew.
