Ruth Emogene Neadeau Born 3/5/1919 in Auburndale, Wisconsin to parents Emma and Conrad Krings Graduated from Michael Reese Nursing School, Chicago in 1941 as an RN Enlisted in 1942 as a US Army Nurse Corps, Surgical Flight Nurse reaching the rank of Lieutenant Met Army Airforce Pilot, Leslie L. Neadeau while transporting patients and they married in 1944. They lived in San Francisco, Redwood City and finally Sacramento. Ruth worked as a Real Estate agent for Bill Lyon, Lyon Realty and later as an RN at Kaiser Hospital, Morse. Preceded in death by her husband, son (Leslie), daughter (Marion Taylor) and brothers (Dale, Oliver, Elmer, George and Eddie). She is survived by her daughterDeniseGarbero, grandsons Ryan Welch and Gregory Taylor, granddaughters Michele Barney, Julie Karlonas, andDeniseRadice, 13 great-grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and two sisters-in-law. Greatly loved and admired by so many, she had friendships from Auburndale, nursing school, and WWII that lasted decades. Ruth never forgot a birthday, was an amazing cook, baker and ultimate hostess, throwing some of the most epic holiday and birthday parties ever. She lived independently up until her last breath.
