RICHARD WILLIAM KISTLER AUGUST 31st1967 - MAY 30th 2021 Richard Kistler was born and raised in the Bay Area and has lived in Sacramento for the last 10 years. He is survived by my mom his wife Cheryl Bernardo who he was with for 33 years,byhis two step children Lindy and Michael Bernardo as well as histwograndchildren Xavier and Khloe. He absolutely loved being a papa. He was a kind person and was always willinghelp anyone. He enjoyed rock music and was often known as your neighborhood mechanic or fix it guy. Rick was known for being barefoot and funny. He will be very missed.
