Richard G. Chacko

Rich passed away November 10, 2018 after a valiant fight to remain with his family. Rich was born to George “Beans” and Mildred U. Chacko March 16, 1936 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Rich attended Charleroi High School going on to graduate from California State University in Pennsylvania with a BA in Speech and Hearing Pathology. Moving to California he taught in the Fullerton School District for nearly seven years as the district’s speech therapist. Rich then left to become a sales rep for Buxton Leather Goods moving to Sacramento. Rich was a unique person with a special personality…a man’s man, a man for all seasons. Rich mastered everything he attempted from fly fishing, golf, portrait photography, skeet shooting, music and much, much more. Rich loved coaching Pop Warner Football ending with a winning record. Pre-deceased by sister Joyce, Rich will be sadly missed by his wife Carole, daughter Georgia, son Richard and wife Kimberly, brother “Mouse” and his four precious granddaughters Grace, Caitlyn, Gianna and Lauren. Also, by many beloved nieces and nephews. Goodbye my love until we meet again.
