Richard Wayne Cabral 10/30/50 - 06/26/15 Rick is survived by his wife, Rhonda, daughter Heather, son in law Justin, step son, Robert, daughter in law Jessica, granddaughters Riley and Zoe, close and dear friends Bob Koon and Mack and Nadene Little. Rick was born and raised in Woodland, CA, worked and retired from Teichert Construction. Before passing Rick was surrounded by family and friends and blessed by the Chaplin. Rick was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2011 and passed away from complications. His ashes will be rested in the ocean by his family and close friends. He is missed everyday. And he said to him, "Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise." Luke 23:43
