Michael Edward Li

Michael Edward Li, age 58, passed away abruptly on September 24th, 2024 in Carmichael, California. He is survived by his wife, Rachel, and two children, Mia (age 24) and Jake (age 16). He is also survived by his mother, two sisters, two nieces, and three nephews. Michael was a devoted family man, tirelessly striving to create a life rich in joyful memories that would serve as his legacy.

Born on March 11, 1966, in Daly City, California, Michael was a passionate athlete, excelling in multiple sports during his youth. After high school, he began a successful career at Chevron, where he met Rachel, the love of his life. The family made lasting memories in both California and Tucson, Arizona, where Michael was an inspirational figure in the community, bringing people together through basketball and his faith.

Mike was a man of deep conviction and kindness, devoted to his family and friends. He aspired to create a loving environment and expressed gratitude at every moment. He is now reunited with his father, who passed away in 2008.
