Kevin Lee Boyle

Kevin Lee Boyle, 49, of Carmichael, CA, passed away on January 17, 2020 after a renewed battle with cancer. Kevin (aka "Evilbeard) was a cookie connoisseur, Lego enthusiast, robot aficionado, beard cultivator, mortal enemy of refried beans, master of brewing hot cups of tea, purveyor of bear hugs, and overall swell guy. He was born on July 16, 1970 in Oxnard, CA to Jerry and Cathie. Kevin graduated from Humboldt State University in 2002 with a BA in English. It was there that he met his wife, Sarah, who he married in 2001. His was a devoted father to his son Jackson. Kevin loved to spend time making cookies to give to others. While doing so, he would dream of Japan travel, spaceships, and sci-fi story plots. Kevin is survived by his wife, Sarah; son, Jackson; his sister, Jennifer (Todd); brother, James (Bianca). He is also survived by his nieces/nephews, Alexandra, Katherine, Mathilda, Stephanie, Rhys, and Andrew. In lieu of flowers, Kevin would request those that are able, to donate blood. He took pride in donating blood prior to his illness. Donations from others would later provide him invaluable extra time with his family.
