Frances Coburn Marsellis

Marsellis, Frances Coburn "Frannie" Passed away in Sacramento on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the age of 65. Frannie was born October 9, 1950 in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. She enjoyed music, art and playing cards with friends, specifically, Gin Rummy. Frannie truly had a heart of gold and was forever an optimist. She worked for Tower Records (Corporate Office) for 30 years as a loyal Executive Assistant to the Founder, Russ Solomon. Frannie was preceeded in death by her parents, Marie "Mim" and Spencer Marsellis and her first husabd, Earl Martis. She is survived by countless of her Tower Family and friends, husband D.R. Wagner and step daughters, Annalesa and Gabrielle Wagner. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
