Born November 10, 1946 in Sacramento, CA; passed away December 27, 2017 in Carmichael, CA. Beloved husband of 51 years to Terrie Brusseau. Greatly missed by his children Cherie Quinzon (Ron) and Leslie Norwood. Grandchildren Jessica Norwood, Connor McDade, Carson Quinzon and Sloan Quinzon. Also survived by his sister Donna Thorne (Everett) and Denise Morris. Served with distinction for 22 years in the U.S. Army, receiving a Purple heart for service in Vietnam. After retirement, worked another 25 years as a tax preparer where his clients were more like family. A very honest and loving man.
