David August Honeyman Jr.

David Honeyman Jr. (Dave) 9/30/1956 - 09/03/2017 Dave was born September 30, 1956 to Betty and David Honeyman in Charleston, South Carolina. Dave was taken from us almost 5 short years after he had become ill with a fungal infection while working in Los Angeles for Flowers Baking Corporation, which then turned into Emphysema and COPD.Dave was always known for being the "Boss"! He worked for Hostess Cake and Wonder Bread(IBC)for over 33 years, giving his all. Dave raised his two daughters Melissa Kellogg and Marci Freeman to be strong and independent women. Dave enjoyed his family including his grandchildren. Dave was survived by his Father (Dave Sr), Wife (Debbie), Daughter's (Melissa and Marci), Son in law (Matt), and Grandchildren (Peyton, Teegan, Kayden and Kinley). Dave loved to watch the Ponies run even up to his last day on this earth. He went peacefully in his sleep at home in Sacramento on September 3, 2017. He will never be forgotten, and reminds us to keep enjoying life and tapping the Rockies!
