Cecia Marie Dailey

Cecia Marie Dailey was born March 24, 1970 in Montebello, CA, and died April 29, 2023 in her home in Sacramento, CA.

She is survived by one sister, Renda Murphy, of Texas. Cecia is also survived by boyfriend Robert Bertges, of 3 years.

Cecia graduated from Montebello High School in June 1988, and moved to Sacramento in 1990. She ultimately began a career with Association Management Concepts as an account manager in 2004. She was a much valued member of the team, commended many times for her excellent work. Cecia worked for AMC until her passing.

Cecia was a strong supporter of animal welfare, through financial donations and personally rehoming stray cats, and always had at least 2 cats of her own. She also enjoyed motorcycling with her late husband Gary Ingalls, drawing, and reading her favorite author Stephen King. She passed many hours at Ernie’s Interlude watching football and visiting with friends.

Cecia is preceded in death by her father Marvin, her mother Josephine, her sister Jo Gayle, grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles. She had no children, and leaves behind extended family in Nebraska, and many friends in the Sacramento area.

No memorial service is planned. Please contact Robert Bertges regarding a celebration of life.
