Carol F. Dierkoph passed away peacefully on January 14, 2024 in Roseville, CA. She was born January 4, 1931 in Brooklyn N.Y. to her beloved parents Madeline and Walter Fischofer and married the love of her life Henry K. Dierkoph, Jr. on July 14, 1950.

Carol is survived by her only child Janet and son-in-law Gregg Brandon of Grass Valley, CA, and 4 grandchildren - Justin and wife Rebecca, Miles and wife Melody, Madeline and husband Rick, and Emma. She was also thrilled to have 4 great grandchildren - Harper Grace Brandon, James Henry Brandon, Remi Mae Ronchetto, and Maisy Rae Ronchetto. Carol is also survived by her sister Doris Fischofer Sharpe, niece Ruth Heald, and nephews Alan Sharpe, James Sharpe and wife Kathy, and Donald Sharpe and wife Pamela.

Carol was a graduate of the Packer Collegiate Institute and Pratt Institute and throughout her life kept in contact with friends from her Pratt days. Carol loved history and geography and with husband Hank traveled throughout the United States, England, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and many countries in Central and South America. She was an active member of the Los Angeles Junior League, Old Treasures Club, P.E.O, and the Foothills Quilters Guild. Her hobbies included collecting revolutionary era coin silver, quilting, cross stitch, and spending precious time with her family.

It was Carol’s wish that a memorial service not be held. Carol was passionate about her love of birds and was a lifelong member of the National Audubon Society. In lieu of flowers please donate in memory of Carol to the National Audubon Society.
