Carmen Rowen, age 61 passed on April18th,2016 in Citrus Heights,Ca. Carmen is survived by her husband William of 12 years; her son Ernie, daughter Angie, step daughters Lauren and Amanda, stepson Micheal, daughter in law LaShawn. Grandchildren Andre, Bryant, Carmen,Dajonte and Lillie. Great grandchildren Tatiyana, Enalaya, Analaya and Dajonte Jr. Mother Rosina, brothers George and Jesse, sisters Gina, Liz, Linda and Gerri. She is preceded in death by her grandson Anthony, father George, brother Ted and stepson William. Carmen was born on September 14th, 1954 to parents George Padilla and Rosina Padilla.
