Carl Edward Proctor was born on December 10, 1937 to Edna Lee Robinson in Waxahachie, Texas. Carl was the firstof five children. His brothers are Leonard and Roy and his sisters are Sinthia and Joyce. Joycepassed away many years ago. He is survived by his Aunt Patsy, his daughter Sha-Juana, his grandson Drake, two nephews, Eric and Anthony, and three nieces, Shaneice and the twins , Nina and Nicole. Carl was the valedictorian of his his graduating class and his friends, still to this day, reminisces about thegreat times they shared together. Carl served his Country in the United States Army and traveled to Germany. Carl was Honorably discharged on November 30, 1966. Carl was an outstanding cook and showed his love through his food. He passed on a treasure trove of recipes to his daughter. Carl loved to learn even in his later years. He lived a life of curiosity, which is a part of the legacy and knowledge he leaves behind to his daughter and grandson. Sha-Juana and Drake are who they are today because ofCarl. They have both excelled in academics because Carl was a great educator and role model. Carl will be forever missed by all that knew him. His light shines on through his family and friends.
