Betty Lavonne Moretto

Betty LaVonne Moretto passed away surrounded by her family in Carmichael, CA on January 6, 2018. Born March 6, 1932 in Vinita, Oklahoma to parents Bill and Jean. Wife of Richard Moretto. Mother of Cheryl, Gary, Ken, Deborah, Donna and Robin. She is loved by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her favorite thing to do was to travel. She visited almost all 50 states, including living in Alaska. She traveled across Canada and many other countries. She was a counselor for children encouraging them to stay in school. She was a big help with continuing education programs for Indian children in Schurz Nevada. She also worked closely with the Lyons Club in the eye bank. She helped the elderly to obtain glasses. She was a very caring lady who loved her family very much. She will be missed dearly.
