Angelo Mark Vincenzini (Better known as "Mark") 1931- December 2018 Was taken home to be with our Lord Jesus peacefully on December 27th, 2018, in Fair Oaks, CA. Son of Angelo Italo Vincenzini (Italy) and Giovanna (Janey) Rumiano (San Mateo, CA). Angelo was born in South San Francisco, CA. A graduate of Bellarmine High School where he was an accomplished diver.Angelo worked as a professional meat cutter in the family business, Palace Meat Market-Grand Avenue, in South San Francisco before he joined the Navy in 1951. For many years he owned and operated a Take-Out and Delivery franchise,Chicken Delightin Santa Clara -"Don't cook tonight, call Chicken Delight". He worked as a butcher in many well-known chain grocery stores as well as the iconicwholesale meat business, Stephen's Meats, in San Jose, CA. After retiring from professional meat cutting, Angelo enjoyed his time working for Santa Clara University in the book store. He made his home in San Jose, CA since the 1959. He served in the Navy beginning in 1951, and honorably discharged in 1955. He served as the treasurer for the Roving Roosters RV group and as the photographer for the SIRS Branch 21 (Sons in Retirement). A devoted husband and father, he is survived by his wife Jo Anne Vincenzini, their three children and five grandchildren. Daughter, Virginia (Ginny) Vincenzini, her son Brandon Kim and his wife Liz; Daughter, Eda Vincenzini; Son, Mark Vincenzini, wife Crystal and their four children: Briana, Austin, Travis and his wife Meghan, and Brett. Angelo was a very active person with a love for life. He enjoyed photography and he and Jo Anne were active RVers. Angelo was still actively snow skiing at age 86. A man of great action and energy always looking for and finding ways to be productive and helpful.
